Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All Forest Vevra pieces are made to order. The estimated processing time for each item is listed on its product page. Please add the processing time to the shipping time below to estimate when your order will arrive.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.

Processing Time

Processing times vary by product:

  • Standard designs: approximately 2–4 weeks

  • Engraved or custom pieces: approximately 4–6 weeks

Each piece is carefully handcrafted to ensure quality and detail.

Rush Orders:
Rush service is currently not available. Rush production typically requires 7–10 business days, but we are unable to offer this option at this time.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Simply return the jewelry for a refund — no questions asked.

Refundable Amount & Handcraft Fee

All Forest Vevra jewelry is handmade to order. When a return is received:

  • The jewelry cannot be resold

  • Our artisans must disassemble the piece and recycle the materials

  • A handcraft fee (20%–50% of the item price) and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

The remaining balance will be refunded within 5 business days after the return is received.

For special or high-value custom designs, an additional restocking fee may apply.
