At Forest Vevra, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee so you can be sure your jewelry is the right fit for you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Each order includes a jewelry box. If the box is not returned in its original condition, a $25 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Important Refund & Resizing Information

  • Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design

  • Custom, modified, or engraved rings may be subject to resize fees

  • If a ring is resized at the time of purchase, any future resizing will incur additional fees

  • Resizing voids return eligibility

For orders shipped outside the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, we do not offer free resizing or free returns due to potential customs taxes and duties.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be in original, unworn condition

  • Include all original packaging and documentation

Due to their personalized nature, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-designed jewelry

  • Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized

  • Items that have previously been exchanged

  • Orders altered while in production

  • Requests for delayed delivery (return window begins when the item is first ready to ship)

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Engraved jewelry items (engraved rings may be returned for store credit; engraving fees are non-refundable)

  • Special orders or custom orders

  • Items marked “FINAL SALE” or “LIQUIDATION”

  • Ring sizes labeled as “Others”

  • Items previously exchanged, resized, repaired, or modified in any way

Returns sent without authorization, missing items, or missing paperwork will not be processed.

Layaway Orders

Orders purchased through a layaway plan are subject to a 25% restocking fee, in accordance with the terms listed on the payment invoice.

How to Prepare a Return or Exchange

  1. Request a Return Authorization
    Contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Package Your Return Securely
    Use the original shipping box and include all packaging materials.
    Do not write “jewelry” on the outside of the package.

  3. Include Documentation
    If your order included a diamond or gemstone certificate and it is not returned, a replacement fee may apply.

  4. Insure Your Shipment
    We strongly recommend fully insuring your return shipment. Forest Vevra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
